o Imported microphone correction files is now normalized at 1kHz when loaded.
o Phase blanking was not executed automatically when doing a measurement...

o The microphone calibrator was whining about more than 0.5dB difference even when there was no or less difference.
o If you want you can have your own logo in the graphs, make a uncompressed BMP file with 16 or 256 colors and name it Logo.bmp and place it in the installed folder. The bitmap can have transparency just fill those areas with magenta (RGB=255,0,255). A good size for the bitmap is 64x64 or less, it will be stretched when printing but note the transparency does not work well with all printers and PDF writers so please experiment.

o The "Merging Ravenna ASIO driver" is now ignored, this should solve ASIO driver conflicts.
o The Chirp stimulus now have some extra silence which is adjustable in the Advanced stimulus setting, it is set to 500ms as default and it should solve problems with high frequency reverberation times.
o When selecting Calculate Wavelets from the Capture tab a copy is used so the windowing isn't affected on the original.
o The RLQ format is updated to handle the latest features.
o The windowing choices in the Capture tab is now replaced with a drop-down box, there are now some basic presets too.
o You can right-click on the windowing selector and you can add the current windowing if not included. You can also import and export your windowing presets and there is also a properties choice where you can rename and delete presets.
o When using Compute FFT in the Capture tab you now can use the operate on function and change the windowing on those selected as one.

o You can now name the input channels in the levelsbar, these are then used for naming measurements and RTA captures.
o Fixed the bug where turning off AmbiWin on multiple measurements using Operate On failed.
o Dynamic Average is a new feature where an average curve is created for all visible curves in real-time, so if you make a new measurement the curve will be updated instantly. To enable this new feature right-click on the Average button and select the mode "Dynamic Averageing". To start averageing click on the Average button and it will work as long as it is selected, click it again to stop the averageing and the curve is now locked.
o Measurement Presets can now be exported and imported by a right-click on the preset selector in the "Stimulus & Analyser" dialog. This can be useful for transferring the settings between computers, please note that any calibration is not transferred.
o The X-Over Aligner have some improvements, the PIR and Step Response is now normalized as default to make sure you see both bands. The total PIR is now also filtered when the input PIR's are filtered and of course it is also normalized when set.
o Added a setting for the naming of measurements, see bottom of the Settings menu. There you can set the default name of a measurement and if it should copy previous channels measurement name. You can also select if it should add channel number to the name and if you are running in one channel mode; add channel number in that case (default off).
o Copy filtered PIR to capture tab in the Output tab was broken, it is now working again as it should.
o The tail correction function in the Capture tab is not stealing the focus anymore, you can now drag the group-delay curve even when tail-correction is enabled.
o The double-click function on the group-delay curve is now improved, a double-click will make sure that group-delay curve is visible by making the right most frequency visible. By holding a Ctrl key down it will center the group-delay scale.
o Fixed the bug where stimulus calibration would crash the program when running in ASIO mode.
o There is now a listen function in the target tab, and it is real-time so you can drag and liten.
o The listen function in the output tab is now real-time.
o You can now overlay a group-delay curve in the delay aligner (see right click menu).
o STI calculator is now upgraded to 60268:16 rev 4 2011, since RASTI is obsolete it is available as rev 3 2003
o Noise Correction is renamed to Tail Correction and moved to the left of STI to avoid confusion.
o ECHO Indigo IO(x) is now working with ASIO so Aubion X8 should now also work (not tested yet), the problem
was that the driver wasn't sending the "process now" flag which is documented in the ASIO SDK.
o Mic calibrator is now using a bandpass filter which should make it easier to calibrate the mic in noisy environments.
o When using Auto mode for the time-window start it is now possible to set the time before the peak called "Pre peak offset", it is found under the Advanced settings in the Stimulus settings dialog.
o Target curves can now be created, loaded and saved in the Target tab. There is now tilt filter, low and high shelf and one PEQ. These can be enabled by clicking the checkboxes and the checkboxes is also used to select one of these. The Load/Save params will save these and the HPF, LPF and the imported curve into one file.
o Improved the target editor in the Target tab, you can now also drag the high-pass and low-pass filters and there are buttons below the graph to select which one you want to drag. If you right click in the graph you can set the dB scale and also export the target curve as a text file for use in the user weighting in the RTA and the TFn.
o WinMLS WMT import was broken.
o Listening on filters in the Output tab is now even more improved.

o When averaging the delay now always will be right.
o The X-Over Aligner is improved:
1. It keeps the polarity switchen when optimizing, so if it doesn't look good try to reverse the polarity again.
2. You can now see the total impulse response in the lower graph (it turns gray when it is not in sync but it
will appear again in the correct color). Turn it off by a right click on the impulse graph.
3. You can now also resize the SPL vs Impulse graph by dragging the handle between the graphs.

o Improved the Listen function in the Output tab, you can now change between eq'ed or non eq while playing and
it will now also cache a list of last 16 files. The sample rate converter is now also caching converted files
which is found in your document folder in a folder called "WaveCapture Audio Cache".
o Improved the TWO spinbutton, the focus is now handled better + if you hold down a Ctrl button it will go 100 times faster.
o The Lake EQ plug-in is now improved and it now works fine with the Lab.gruppen LM44.
o There is now a stimuls eq switch in the "Stimulus & Analyzer" dialog, this is useful if you want to modify
an existing preset. So this is only enabled when the current stimuls has a EQ.
o There was also logic bug causing double EQ when the stimulus has an EQ and there also is an EQ in the Output tab.
o Rewrote the start detector used when measuring with chirp, it is much much better now.
o EQC files will now be around 30% smaller, added compression.
o You can now drag the group-delay scale when not set to auto.
+ When you double click the group-delay scale it will center the scale.
+ When you double click the group-delay and hold one of the CTRL keys down it will make the curve visible.
o If "Automatic Scale Top" is not used for the magnitude curve in the Capture tab you can now double click
on the dB scale and it will make the active curve visible.
o Curve colors are now copied to the "X-Over Aligner" tab, the total curve colors may then change if necessary.
o Made the reverb calculation algorithm is now a little adaptive when it is failing to calculate the regression line.
o Fixed a bug that caused problems when importing filters in the Output tab.
o When a preset stimulus has a preset it is now indicated with a red letter on the stimulus eq
button in the measurement toolbar. You can also see the curve under Advanced stimulus setting
if there is one.
o Phase blanking can now be enabled in the View menu, is default off.
o Fixed a bug regarding some ASIO soundcards like Edirol FA-101.
o Captured RTA curves can now be saved and loaded in one file with the extension .rta,
to load from the file menu you click on import or you can just drag and drop a file
on the RTA and it will load.
o Fixed a minor bug in the statusbar when in RTA mode.
o Improved the accellerated chirp, it now has better SNR.
Please note that you should re-calibrate your stimulus presets.
o The target tab now have 2 vertial cursors which is used to find the
target level automatically.
o The horisontal reference leveloffset cursor should now never dissapear...
o Improved the SNR calculation in the Capture tab, it is now an adaptive
algorithm which is more consistent.
o BUGFIX: The bandpass filters used in the Acoustics tab caused a small click
at around 371ms which made the Schroeder and ETC calculations fail.
o Added a new function in the Acoustics tab where you can set how much of the IR
that is used in the calculations. Just right click in the IR/ETC graph and select
o User defined IR length" then will a red vertical cursor appear to the right which
you can drag towards the beginning and the data will be recalculated when released.

General

o Added support for ASIO soundcards. A new audio transport structure is made.
o Added a "Enable all modes" button in the soundcard settings dialog where it will enable all possible modes for any soundcard.
o A number of bugs are fixed such as; waterfall scaling, weighting filters, STI, RT60 etc

Capture:

o New multiple time window called AmbiWin. This window will be wider at low frequencies and allow for better high Q resolution and at the same time keep the resolution at high frequencies. On the other hand it will pass more of the reverberation or ambient signals at acoustic measurements.
o A new symmetric time window for Multi/Ambi/Duo-Win type of time windows.
o The stimulus can use the current Eq optimisation (filters in the Output tab) as a stimulus Eq.
o Enlarge either the frequency or time graph by either double-click on it or use the buttons in the toolbar.
o Export the Impulse response as Wav file with 16, 24 or 32-bit resolution.

Quantities

o Improved Noise Correction in the Quantities tab. Reverberation time (and other quantities) is now more consistent.

RTA

o RTA now has settings to the left in the toolbar and the pause button is moved to the toolbar.

o There is a new feature called Dynamic Diff in the RTA, which is a kind of Power Transfer Function. You find the button at the bottom right.
o The sound pressure level is now shown in the RTA and it uses the selected weighting. Depending on averaging it will show Fast (125ms) or Slow (1s) SPL.
o NC and SPL is always visible even when multiple RTA traces is shown, the values are valid for the active curve, which you select in the levels bar.

o Auto ranging of the level by double-clicking in the dB-scale.
o The mouse can drag the dB-scale.

Output; filter simulation

o Added a toolbar in the output tab where you can listen to the filter with music by clicking the speaker icon. Or run the filter from the input of the soundcard.
o The Eq list in the output tab can be resized, just press the left mouse button above the list and then drag up and down.

Waterfall

o Time compensated CSD. A new waterfall display that adjusts the frequency bins by the phase delay.
o Waterfall data can be exported in a text file.

o Fixed a bug in the levels bar where all channels above 1 used the same hold level as ch 1.
o The signal to noise ratio (SNR) is now checked when a measurement is done and the user is alerted if it's lower than 25dB, some solutions is also shown in this alert.
o The SNR is now also shown in the ETC graph.
o The reference can be set to any channel in the levelsbar to the left, expand the channel and you will find a Ref [x]. When a channel is the reference is it also indicated by the channel number text with a different foreground/background color.

Known Issues

o There are redraw problems with the curve selector in the capture tab, this is not a problem on NVidia graphic cards but on others like Intel. As a temporary solution do you click on the sizer just above it to the right (the 4 shadowed lines).
o Print preview may crash the program sometimes so it is recommended to save all the work before looking at a preview.
